An updated version of zsh (zsh-4.2.1-1) has been released and should be
at a mirror near you real soon.
This release includes the following:
- new base release version, which has some new features (see ChangeLog)
and bug fixes. The base now includes most Cygwin code changes.
http://www.fruitbat.org/Cygwin/zsh/ChangeLog
- new /etc/zprofile, derived from base-files /etc/profile, which has
some zsh specific changes, and support for chere.
** IMPORTANT **
Since /etc/zprofile has been updated, now might be a good time to move
any private changes you have to one of the other global or local startup
files and let zprofile be stock again. See my notes concerning this:

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
If you have questions or comments, please send them to the Cygwin
mailing list (see http://cygwin.com/lists.html).
