[1.7] Updated: login-1.10-10

login is a utility that authenticates signing on to a system.
It is used by ftpd, telnetd, rshd, and various other servers.

This is a routine update.

[[ compiled using gcc-3.4.4-999 ]]

This is the first release specific for cygwin-1.7; the only
differences between this package and the simultaneously-released
login-1.10-1 for cygwin-1.5 are documentation related (the README
references cygport-0.9.5 and cygwin-1.7.0-45, and the /usr/share/doc/
layout is influenced by the cygport changes between 0.4.x and 0.9.x).

CHANGES (from login-1.9-8)
===========================
o Fork for cygwin-1.7 development
o Some build system modifications
o Added to cygwin-apps repository on sourceware; bumped
  version number to 1.10 and incorporated all earlier
  src patches from 1.9-8.
o No code changes (other than using GNU indent).
