Have I mentioned already that setup.exe HEAD has full support for a Debian
'Packages' file. (Called setup.ini :}).

So... apt-get compatability is there if you want to use it. We still need to
release the 07 branch with it's UI improvements and versioned dependencies,
and 08 should have manual dependency resolution. (i.e. a replacement chooser
appears and asks you to choose what packages to resolve a
dependency/suggests/conflicts issue). I'm also targeting build-depends and
'Sources' file compatability at that point (both standalone and as part of
setup.ini).

So by 09 we should have 100% compatability with the file structure for a
debian mirror - meaning that tools like apt-get could be used if Chris
wanted to update the mirror site layout. But that's a different topic, and
one that arises as soon as either full rpm or dpkg support is present.
