pdksh package proposal

Hello,

If knowone else has jumped on the wagon for this I'd like to maintain pdksh.
I have built pdksh, and although not OOTB*, it runs perfectly. I have
packaged it up here

http://twoducks.exposure.org.uk/elfyn/cygwin/pdksh/pdksh-5.2.14-1.tar.bz2
http://twoducks.exposure.org.uk/elfyn/cygwin/pdksh/pdksh-5.2.14-1-src.tar.bz
2
http://twoducks.exposure.org.uk/elfyn/cygwin/pdksh/setup.hint

with this setup.hint

category: Shells
requires: cygwin
sdesc: "A public domain ksh"
ldesc: "PD-ksh is a clone of the AT&T Korn shell. At the moment,
it has most of the ksh88 features, not much of the ksh93
features, and a number of it's own features."

*I had to change the name of `struct option' in sh.h to option_l with a
macro option to option_l . This was due to getopt.h , included by unistd.h
having the same struct name.
