Ok, now it works.  Still, is there any particular reason why the codepage
translation files have DOS line endings?  Also, why don't you patch them
in-place?  FWICS, the patch creates extra copies of them in CYGWIN-PATCHES.

BTW, the README has DOS line endings as well.
