xorg-x11-* problems -- general request to people who upload

Harold, messages are still streaming in from sourceware but it looks
like all of the above problems are rectified.

However, I would really appreciate it if you and everyone else who has
access to the cygwin release area on sources.redhat.com would not treat
it as a place to do work.  Instead, create a temporary area in, for
instance, /sourceware/ftp/anonftp/pub/cygwin/tmp get things set up
correctly and *then* move things into the release area.

This reduces the time during which setup.ini will be screwed up by
changes being made to the directory layout.

Another general request -- please don't mess with setup.ini.  Don't move
it out of the way, edit it, etc.  It is auto-generated.  Anything done
to it is apt to cause problems.

This is a general request, not directed at Harold.  It's just that I've
noticed some setup.ini oddities in the past.
