That's true thank you.
But in fact i need to run the setup program without asking anything to
the user so i pass the -q option to the setup and also :
-R : to specifie where to put the root
-L : to specifie that i want a local install
-l dir : to specifie where are stored the packages
but this last option only works if cygwin has never been installed
before unless this option will be overwritten by the
/etc/setup/last-cache file.
To avoid that problem i found that the easier way was to simply remove
the /etc/setup/last-* files before running the setup as this i can
update cygwin from where i want.
i just explained in case someone has the same problem.
