updated for [test]: tetex-2.99.7.20041226-1

I have prepared packages for tetex-2.99.7.20041226-1, the first
teTeX-3.0 release candidate.

Please add 2.99.7.20041226-1 as part of the the [test] release.

Version 2.0.2-14 can be removed, tetex is a big package and there's no
reason to keep it around any longer.

Because I would like to have tetex-3.0 in the regular [curr]
distribution when it is released, I think it would be good to give
this a fair chance of being tested.

The major attraction of this release is that the bulk of Cygwin and
cross build specific patches have now, after more than 2.5 years, all
been integrated upstream. (Only one small Cygwin patch has not been
merged yet, the by default avoidinf of implicit gratuitous samba host
lookups when searching kpathsea paths, typically for hosts named
//share, //usr, //var etc.)

This means that the package is now in a pretty good shape, so I can
start looking for another volunteer to take over.

There is only this one pending patch for tetex, and one small patch
for mknetrel (to grok package names with a dash) needed to [cross]
build this package.

My development time has been decimated recently, any takers for this
fine package?

Jan.
