ITP: flac, libogg, libvorbis, new "Audio" category

Guys,

I'm right now preparing the following packages for the net distro:

  libogg-1.1.2    - Ogg Bitstream Library
  libvorbis-1.1.0 - The Vorbis General Audio Compression Codec
  flac-1.1.2      - Free Lossless Audio Codec

All these packages are sound or audio related.  Unfortunately, we don't
have a matching category so far.  For that reason I'd like to propose the
above packages, together with a new category "Audio".

Since the packaging is also somewhat complex, I'd like at least one
of our maintainers to review these packages to find any problems with
them.  Please just refrain from asking for another source archive
packaging method.
