Good. Since Debian category "testing" is below "unstable" (aka Ubuntu), 
can we conclude the case of Debian as follows:

    - stable, testind:  Accepted
    - unstable: only if it is found from released Ubuntu.

Out of curiosity, how doe sGentoo manage packages/categories?
