Oh, I found it when I got rid of the extra '/pari' in the URL.

Problem with the man pages: usr/share/man/gp.1 -> gp-2.3.1 breaks, since
cygport compressed the original: usr/share/man/gp-2.3.1.gz, and man
doesn't know how to follow a link to the uncompressed name when only the
compressed target exists.

You could do something like the bash package (alias.1.gz exists, but its
sole uncompressed contents are ".so man1/bash_builtins.1.gz").  I'm not
sure if cygport needs to be taught about this, but I think it holds up a GTG.
