I have updated all the packages and lib with gcc-4

    Octave-3.0.3 (new upstream version)
    Octave-forge-20080831 (aligned to octave )
    fftw3-3.2 (new upstream version)
    glpk-4.35 (new upstream version)
    hdf5-1.6.8 (new upstream version)
    qhull-2003.1 (using autoconf source
           so libqhull is replaced by libqhull_5)
    SuiteSparse-3.2.0 (new upstream version)
