Here's another problem, even though it's a small one.
If you don't start ash, but dash, then rebaseall refuses to run with
the usual message:
rebaseall: only ash processes are allowed during rebasing
Exit all Cygwin processes and stop all Cygwin services.
Execute ash from Start/Run... or a cmd or command window.
Execute '/bin/rebaseall' from ash.
I guess the code should be changed to accept ash and dash.
