Please also delete 0.9.2-1, leaving 0.9.1-1 as previous.

This reinstates the use of mkshortcut's -P option for creating the
mintty start menu entry in the postinstall script. Passing a
cygpath-created path didn't work when non-ASCII characters were
involved, due to mkshortcut's lack of UTF-8 support. Instead, cd to
/proc to avoid the possibility of mkshortcut being led astray by a
symlink called cygwin in the root directory. Must fix mkshortcut ...
