No.  There's only, like, three of them.  setup, cygcheck, and strace.

Definitely NOT /usr/i686-pc-mingw32/bin.  That is for cygwin binaries
associated with a mingw-target cross compiler.  (And frankly, /mingw/bin
is where I have mounted my mingw.org installation...)
