It's rather lazy to simply create the 16x16 by scaling down the 256x256. It'd be better to take the existing 16x16 and package it with my 256x256, since the current 16x16 is better fit for purpose.

In my own icons, I have in the past almost completely redrawn the 16x16 pixel by pixel to make it look good.
