64 bit cygwin 1.7.18-14

Hi guys,


I just uploaded a new 64 bit Cygwin DLL, 1.7.18-14.   It fixes two
problems:

- getline and getdelim functions were not exported accidentally.

- The gets function crashed immediately after being called.  The reason
  was a piece of badly arranged inline assembler, which was ripped
  apart by GCC's optimization pass.  I only observed this problem
  in gets, but other pieces of the DLL could have been affected as well.

I also uploaded three new packages today, eventlog including libs,
psmisc, and robots, the first 64 bit game ;)
