I can split the check and add a conditional tests from
AC_CHECK_FUNCS([_getvideoconfig gettextinfo GetConsoleScreenBufferInfo])
to
AC_CHECK_FUNCS([_getvideoconfig gettextinfo ])

AC_CHECK_FUNCS([GetConsoleScreenBufferInfo])

esac
the problem is to identify such issue on other softwares.
