Subject: [ITP] djvulibre, ilmbase, openexr, liblqr1, libwebp

I will be uploading the libraries listed in the subject soon. They areall optional dependencies of ImageMagick, and libwebp can be used byGraphicsMagick and will eventually be a dependency of future releases ofGStreamer and WebKit.

Please note that the uploaded version of libwebp will be newer than thatcurrently in Ports; the others are being moved straight from Ports.
