Yea, I checked the ChangeLog before posting.
My apologies to you, DJ, and the list. I was wrong.
I just checked the B19.1 Makefile.in. My memory must be failing from
old age. I guess I've always changed the name because I installed the
DLL manually. And probably the reason make install failed for me the
other day is because I have (fairly) recently put "." into my path.
