If NT does it different, I am wondering how they match the requirements
of the US government for this topic.
On the other side, if you find a way how to do it good, I am interested
as I like to add ACL support to 'star'
ftp://ftp.fokus.gmd.de/pub/unix/star/alpha/star-1.3a5.tar.gz
compiles on Cygwin32 and has even some special features to fiddle with
the 2 second time warps in a FAT filesystem.
