That's what I've been seeing too. I think that 1.1.5 is blocking somewhere, either
on a WaitFor* function or a read. I really want to figure out why this is happening.
I assume that this is with a recently updated version of cygwin, right? There were
some changes to resource accounting (cpu time) in the recent snapshots.
