Oops, mea culpa.  I sent a personal mail to Steve about the snapshot being
ready, so he could announce it on the Cygwin list...  I guess I should

I have a snapshot with your patch applied to cvs HEAD as of 11/24/2002.
It's at http://cs.nyu.edu/~pechtcha/cygwin/cygwin1-tty_patch-20021124.dll.bz2
Please feel free to announce it at the cygwin list.

The above is a debug (unstripped) version.  I can post a stripped one
instead if people complain.

I've also verified that a paste of a large file into "cat > /dev/null" in
an xterm hangs with the CVS HEAD build and works with your patch.

P.S. Do you know whether I must provide the source as well?
