Attached is a modified cancel9.c test case.
While the child process is still executing a deletion is not possible.
Unfortunately i am not able to check it in the next 12 hours (until i am
back home).

I have no glue why the mutex test cases fail, they are running on my box.
A detailled log would be fine.
