Well, not a lot.
Being maintainer means:
* Updating the code when time permits as new POSIX standards come out,
* addressing bugs in the same code when reported in cygwin at dot
* Reviewing patches if / when they are submitted.
* Addressing any API changes elsewhere in cygwin that may need pthreads
changes, if someone other than Chris / Corinna has made that change
(this may take the form of reviewing a largish patch).
Sorry, i meant pthreads functionality.
