Your question isn't really clear. If you are asking if Cygwin can be
compiled with a gcc 4.x compiler then the answer is yes. The snapshots
are built with gcc 4.3.2.
If you are asking how to set up gcc 4.2 for Cygwin then you are in the
wrong mailing list.
