I'm Japanese.
stat("\221è202R\217ã\215\\\221ã\221ã\202ã\212ç221b/..", &stat_);
is failed in cygwin.
please correct it.
Many Japanese people dislike cygwin because cygwin can't use Japanese
encode(Shitf-JIS) file name properly.
