He'd already sent email to postmaster so I sent him my standard "read
EVERYTHING at http://sourceware.org/lists.html" response.
It's really amazing how many people claim to have read the information
there without actually having read the information there.
Of course, it's also amazing how many times I can be amazed by this
standard stupid user scenario.
