FF1.0.6?  You still use this beast?

FF2.0.0.7, IE7.0.5730.11, and Netscape Communicator 4.73 (Yes!).

FWIW, the Eclipse built-in browser gets it right in the same way IE6 does
(loses the anchor but scrolls to the correct point).
