Nah. We'll never get systemd working -- upstream it is explicitly
linux-only. (Not that we really care; I don't think anybody uses the
initscripts/initd stuff on cygwin, since cygrunsrv is better intergrated
with win32 anyway -- so why would anyone try to "upgrade" their
nonexistant cygwin-initd stuff to systemd?).
