Re: termcap


Sorry, I believe it's hardcoded in most unix apps
so unless you want to rebuild from source, 
and modify EVERY ref, you're probably better off
either making an /etc directory, or making a link

ln -s /YourInstallPath/H-i386-cygwin32/etc/     /etc/

and then place all of your admin files in one or the other.

for termcap, you could put it as ~/.termcap, most termcap
implementations look there first.

but passwd, group, and the rest of the admin files
need to be in /etc
