Please, take a trip to http://www.cygnus.com/misc/gnu-win32/ and find
the link to the Mingw32 home site or go to Mumit Khan's ftp site at
ftp://ftp.xraylith.wisc.edu/pub/khan/gnu-win32/ and you'll find
everything needed to compile native windows apps under gnu.
