I've deleted the file from my windows32api sources well. I've merged
in changes from Cygwin b20.1, so the sources are essentially identical.

My latest mingw/windows32api snapshot is available from:

That's what I'm hoping as well, and that also means that I don't want
to spend too much time on maintaining/fixing old windows32api. Of course, 
it's the new headers that is going to require some more testing; 
unfortunately, I just haven't had the time to do so.

Geoffrey/Anders, can you email me the current open issues with the new 
headers?
