Hi Corrina,

It is indeed possible when you are in bash shell, but on target machines
only cygwin1.dll and rsync are present...

I've reported it as a bug as I didn't find any mention of phantom file
users/owners on Cygwin archives.

Hi Andrzej,

if you don't want the new 'ntsec' feature, set CYGWIN=nontsec.

Otherwise read the thread "Description of the new 'ntsec' feature"
in the archive of this mailing list.
