Please forgive me it meant as a question

I did not mean to imply that gcc was broken

I apologize for my poor choice of words

I should have used a subject line such as 

HELP gcc reports new.h:6: new: Permissioned denied.

My humble apologies to all involved with gcc and
derivative products.
