'uname -a' gives
PC-FLTLG 1.1.0(0.17/3/2) 2000-02-28 00:50:29 i686 unknown
'type uname' gives
uname is hashed (/bin/uname)
and /bin is a mount to D:\cygnus\cygwin-b20\H-i586-cygwin32\bin
so I'm sure I'm getting the cygwin uname.
Thanks,
Rick
