Which README ?
I just downloaded the compiled version, not the source.
The only hint a found was in the announcement on the openssh mailing
list.
And, sure there is a section about that. But I didn't understand it
right. Now I think I know what it means.
It says that RSA authorization works just for the one and only
user starting this program.
Will it work if I use a local account for the service, too ?

If not, can you send me more info about your setup, esp.
the CYGWIN environment variable ?
In my setup the CYGWIN variable is unset.

Yes and this is not that inconvenient as long as the answers
are send to the list and this account.
I am subscribe to the list on another account, anyway, so I'll receive
all the other mails as well.
