Using any(*) sftp client to connect to the sftp-server on cygwin dies.
I do not remember the specific error message right now & I'm away from
my devel machine; I'll respond with more data later tonight or tomorrow.

(*) linux ssh.com's sftp client, cygwin's openssh sftp client, linux
openssh sftp client, and ssh.com's windows-GUI sftp client.

Yes. I ran 'sshd -debug' under the same user context in which the
Service Manager starts sshd (Administrator, but with the necessary
additional rights -- recall, ssh-ing, scp-ing, etc to this machine DO
work, just not sftp). As I recall, sftp-server *is* started by sshd,
but then there's an error. More info later.
