ftp segfaults on startup with cygwin-1.3.3-2

Hi,

Since installing cygwin-1.3.3, ftp segfaults on startup. The stacktrace is
as follows:

Unfortunately, even by setting and exporting CYGWIN to

error_start=c:/bin/dumper.exe

there appears to be no core dump file that I can find. If there is anything
else I can do to send you more information, please let me know.
