Inetd Problem

Hi there,
I'm trying to use inetd and build an ftp server.
My configuration : Win ME,Cygwin 1.3.3-2 and inetutils
1.3.2-14

when i do ftp localhost for the first time, it
functions.
I close the session and try to open it again.
That's the message i get in my syslog output:

ftpd : Win32 Process Id = 0xFFE59015 : Cygwin Process
Id = 0x79083 : LOG_ERR : fcntl F_SETOWN: Invalid
argument
ftpd : Win32 Process Id = 0xFFE59015 : Cygwin Process
Id = 0x79083 : LOG_INFO : connection from localhost
ftpd : Win32 Process Id = 0xFFE59015 : Cygwin Process
Id = 0x79083 : LOG_ERR : FTP LOGIN REFUSED FROM
localhost, Syl
(I entered a wrong password)
ftpd : Win32 Process Id = 0xFFE5932D : Cygwin Process
Id = 0x71ECB : LOG_ERR : getpeername (-d): The
descriptor is a file, not a socket
(Second try)
ftpd : Win32 Process Id = 0xFFF98AA1 : Cygwin Process
Id = 0x1A556B : LOG_ERR : getpeername (-d): The socket
is not connected
(Third try)

Messages are the same when I use telnetd : The socket
is not connected or The descriptor is a file, not a
socket.
What could be wrong ?
