Check the mailing list archives (google is the best)
for much discussion on
this cygncurses5.dll cygncurses6.dll stuff. There is a
mail which details the correct way to run setup.exe
and correct this problem. I don't remember exactly, but
I think you have to install ONLY one package first, and
then install all the rest of the packages. Or vise versa.
