Perl/ ExtUtils::Liblist

Hello !

I try to build (under the latest Cygwin) the Perl module `PDL',
unfortunately I got the message:


WARNING from evaluation of
/mirror/cpan/build/PDL-2.2/Graphics/Makefile.PL: Unde
fined subroutine &ExtUtils::Liblist::ext called at Core/Dev.pm line 527.

Any idea ?
