I've just updated my local copy of OpenSSH, however my keys and
configuration files still appear in /etc. I also ran the script
ssh-host-config again, as the openssh-3.1p1-1.README indicates:
> If you are updating your installation you may run the above

However, the ssh-host-config script is still using /etc also:
# Directory where the config files are stored
SYSCONFDIR=/etc
# Subdirectory where an old package might be installed
OLDPREFIX=/usr/local
OLDSYSCONFDIR=${OLDPREFIX}/etc
So, it looks like the ssh-host-config script needs to be
updated to move files from both /usr/local/etc and /etc
to /etc/ssh. The readme also needs to reference /etc/ssh.
Thanks,
Alan
