Yes I have it but I'm not quite sure how the compiler would pick from
/usr/local/include - anyway I'll remove it.

I suppose this was discussed in cygwin-apps (maybe) but I've missed
it. Can you provide me with a reference ? Is it possible to go without
builtin shm - how ? :)
