Sorry to sound thick, but In what way do you mean setup links as my
browser?

If you mean in pine, in the  Setup | Config, under the following:
URL Viewer: /usr/bin/links

I've also tried links,links.exe and links %s.

But it tries to execute it, but then goes straight back to my mail, then
as I mentioned, after quiting pine, I get the cannot find path
