The name should come from the X resources for rxvt. The default is
probably in /etc/X11/app-defaults/Rxvt or ~/.Xdefaults. You may modify it
either using -title (as someone mentioned already, in which case you'd
also need to specify -n) or through resource settings (--iconName and
--title).
