Or,
mount -f -b -x c:/cygwin/bin/cygcheck.exe /bin/cygcheck.exe
mount -f -b -x c:/cygwin/bin/cygcheck.exe /bin/cygcheck
mount -f -b -x c:/cygwin/bin/cygcheck.exe /usr/bin/cygcheck.exe
mount -f -b -x c:/cygwin/bin/cygcheck.exe /usr/bin/cygcheck
That should catch every eventuality.
