strange behavior in shell

Subject: strange behavior in shell

I just installed cygwin on Win2K and it seems like my shells are
launching improperly. My prompt reads /usr/bin instead of /home/<user>

It also says I am "Administrator" and not my real name. How can I be
known as my real name ($USERNAME)
