Compiling GLib 1.2.10 on latest Cygwin

Anybody know how to fix it ? I'm getting the following error:
I used configure --disable-shared --enable-debug=minimum
--disable-dependency-tracking
and make CFLAGS='-O2 -Wall -D_REENTRANT' LDFLAGS=-s
gcc-2.exe -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I/cygdrive/g/Linux/glib-1-2 -I.
