Windows service:
cygrunsrv -I cron -p /usr/sbin/cron -a -D
When crontab contains script files, they are not executed
unless cron service is installed using:
cygrunsrv -I cron -p /usr/sbin/cron -a -D -d "Cygwin cron" -e
"CYGWIN=tty ntsec"
May I suggest a small patch to cron.README ?
